Food Standards Agency in Snoopers Charter bungle

As you know the Snoopers Charter is now law and comes into force at the end of December 2016.  Government informed you the Snoopers Charter was necessary to help prevent terrorism.  Government didn’t advertise the list of departments and authorities completely unrelated to preventing terrorism which we named in this article to whom they are also giving your data to.

We asked such departments why they needed access to your data but in response the Food Standards Agency – made a bungle.

First they informed us why they want your Internet data:

One day later they refused to provide the information (which they already provided):

If the Food Standards Agency cannot provide a uniformed response to why they need the data of every UK citizen can you imagine how safe your data will actually be with them?
