EU Referendum Rules triggering a 2nd EU Referendum

A petition was created yesterday in order for a second EU referendum to be triggered on the basis that the turnout was less than 75% and the leave majority was less than 60%.  Do you think one referendum was enough or would you like a second one.

If there is to be a second referendum, there must be rules applied, such as a sensible margin of majority (say 10%). There must also be monitoring of claims and those that are fictitious or unsupported by verifiable facts should be banned. Promises made in support of any position must be legally binding.
